George Wallace is writer in residence at the Walt Whitman Birthplace, author of 34 chapbooks of poetry, and winner of the Orpheus Prize and Alexander Gold Medal in Europe. He travels internationally to perform his work from a base of operations in NYC, where he teaches writing courses at Pace University.
